Nothing is more memorable than a smell. One scent can be unexpected, momentary and fleeting, yet conjure up a childhood summer beside a lake in the mountains; another, a moonlit beach; a third, a family dinner of pot roast and sweet potatoes during August in a Midwestern town.  Smells detonate softly in our memory like mines hidden under the mass of years.   No one ever knows when a person you meet occasionally suddenly becomes a part of your life whom you remember each and every moment. It all happens and only then you realize how important that person is for you. That person becomes a sweet memory to be treasured for a lifetime...

Memories... part 1

 In life we do things. Some we wish we had never done.

Some we wish we could reply a million times in our heads.

But they all make us who we are.

And in the end they shape every detail about us.

If we were to reverse any of them we wouldn't be the person we are.

So just live. Make mistakes. Have wonderful memories.

But never ever second guess who you are.

Where you have been. And most importantly where it is you're going.

The best kind of rain, of course, is a cozy rain. This is the kind of rain that falls on a day when you'd just as soon stay in bed a little longer, write letters or read a good book by the fire, take early tea with hot scones & jam and look out the streaked window with complacency.

 Sometimes I just like to sit on the sofa and look at the raindrops on the window. I like watching them race across my window and silently cheer for them..

For some people it is easier to see mental pictures, others find it easier to ιмαgιηe a feeling, and some are more comfortable ιмαgιηιηg the sensation of one of the five senses. Training of the ιмαgιηαтιoη gives the ability to combine all the senses.
    This is a great power that can change your whole life. It is used extensively in magic & creative visualization. It is the creator of circumstances and events. When you know how to work with ιмαgιηαтιoη you can make your hearts' desires come true..

 Tip: Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if..." And then do it.

A smile costs nothing but gives much.  It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give.  It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it.  Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.  Some people are too tired to give you a smile.  Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.
